C&rsquo;est ce que j&rsquo;ai fait pour les biscuits au sucre. J&rsquo;ai pris de l&rsquo;essence de poire, champagne, praline et cr\u00e8me, tarte aux pommes et pistache.<\/p>\n<p>Normalement on travaille notre p\u00e2te froide donc dure. Dans le cas du moulage il faut travailler notre p\u00e2te fra\u00eeche donc manipulable sans \u00eatre temp\u00e9rature pi\u00e8ce.<\/p>\n<p>Pour ne pas que ma p\u00e2te colle, j&rsquo;utilise de l&rsquo;huile v\u00e9g\u00e9tale car cela ne laisse pas de petits r\u00e9sidus blancs sur les biscuits.<\/p>\n<p>Dans la vid\u00e9o, pour chaque biscuit j&rsquo;ai pes\u00e9 25 grammes de p\u00e2te.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><iframe title=\"Biscuits moul\u00e9s avec moule en silicone et presse-moule \u00e0 g\u00e2teau de lune\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/ZtjBmwhrUE8?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai utilis\u00e9 le moule en silicone <a href=\"https:\/\/aux-arts-de-la-table.com\/moules-pour-fondant-gumpaste\/15165-moule-les-grosses-fleurs.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">les grosses fleurs<\/a>\u00a0 mais naturellement vous pouvez choisir parmi nos diff\u00e9rents <a href=\"https:\/\/aux-arts-de-la-table.com\/6-moules-pour-fondant-gumpaste\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">moules en silicone pour le fondant \u00e0 rouler<\/a> . C&rsquo;est d&rsquo;ailleurs dans cette cat\u00e9gorie que vous allez trouver les moules chien et chat utilis\u00e9s lors de mes tests.<\/p>\n<p>Vous pouvez aussi ajouter une touche de couleur \u00e0 vos biscuits en colorant une partie de votre p\u00e2te et remplir certaines cavit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Pour les <a href=\"https:\/\/aux-arts-de-la-table.com\/recherche?controller=search&amp;orderby=position&amp;orderway=desc&amp;search_query=ensemble+presse+gateau+lune&amp;submit_search=OK\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">presse-moules \u00e0 g\u00e2teau de lune<\/a> nous avons diff\u00e9rentes mod\u00e8les. J&rsquo;ai utilis\u00e9 le mod\u00e8le rose et le mod\u00e8le fleurs exotiques.<\/p>\n<p>Tous les biscuits ont \u00e9t\u00e9 fait avec une p\u00e2te \u00e0 biscuit au sucre sauf pour les marguerites
